Currency
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. Payment must be made in pounds sterling. Credit cards sales will be charged in your local billing currency by your credit card provider.
Payment
We accept payment by telephone (quoting from the Internet) or via the Internet via Paypal. We recommend that you purchase online where the secure payment process is provided by Paypal. This method assures you of security and confidentiality. Using this system we have no access to your credit/debit card information, we simply receive a notification that the amount has (or has not) been debited. This system is the most secure payment method we offer and does not cost you any extra. The cost of this system is entirely borne by us, in the interests of maintaining your confidentiality and security. We accept most major credit and debit cards. If paying by cheque, please make cheques payable to Oxbag.
Shipping/Carriage
Once your order has been placed you will receive an email to confirm your order. Your order will then be dispatched within 5 working days. The final price quoted on the payments page is the price of the goods including delivery to the stated destination.
Please note that in the unlikely event that the item you ordered is out of stock due to popularity, there may be a slight delay on delivery. We will therefore keep you informed of the order via email.
Damage and Loss in Transit
In the unfortunate event that an order is lost or damaged in transit please inform us immediately and we will redeliver the order as quickly as we can. We never knowingly ship damaged goods and therefore we would appreciate it if you could help us to try and recover our costs from the carrier wherever possible. If you receive damaged goods, please ensure you retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the carrier’s insurers. If you receive a battered parcel, note the fact on the delivery note, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open the damaged package in the presence of the carrier, ensure that you sign for it as “Damaged package; goods not yet inspected” or similar to warn the carrier that a claim may be forthcoming. Whatever the circumstances, please contact us via email or telephone with as much detail of the damage or loss as you can provide, as soon after delivery as possible, so that we can arrange replacement goods and start following up the carriers. Please do not return damaged goods, until requested to do so as this may incur unnecessary additional costs.
Warrantees/Guarantees
NiNe pride themselves on the quality of the product we are selling and guarantee all stitching on our bags for 5 years, provided the bag is not overloaded beyond our recommended weight.
